Since 1997, I've anchored my work in the structure of construction and the flow of human connection, while holistic health has always been close to my heart.
My purpose is simple: bring coherence to industries that have grown chaotic.
As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, I've spent decades at the intersection of industry and people.
That experience is what led me to create Ihon Holistic Hiring®, a methodology that marries industry insight with HR expertise to build conscious, cohesive teams.
I have a genuine passion for connection, not just the warmth of it, but the structure underneath it.
My core values are coherence, self-awareness, self-love and emotional safety.
I see gaps not as problems, but as invitations to build something better.
